In France 1

Today nearly all the classmates went to the chapel. I don’t want to move because my feet and knees get sun burnt, which makes me in pain; so I just stay near the window. Because the chapel is nearby, the music “Amazing Grace” came into my ear. If you were me, you would be also have a noble feeling, like the god really come beside you.
France is a country with heavy religious atmosphere. For example, “vendredi” means Friday in French. Ancient Romans made Friday as Venus day, so nowadays the French people call Friday “Vendredi”.
I try to remember the days we have spent. We all feel that the day is so long; even in 10 p.m. you still can see outside like 6 p.m. But at the same time we also feel that the time flies.
Sunday we go kayak. The water sometimes like the mirror, clear and undisturbed; sometimes it like many horses, running in hasty, like Éowyn speaks to the water in order to protect Frodo in The Lord of the Ring. At first, all the people are very excited. However, 13.8 kilometers are really a long distance, I found that my hands are more difficult to move. I look at the river; it reflects the sun shine, just like putting the golden pieces on the river. The mountain and houses are covered by the purple color. You would be mistaken you are in the mythology. I put my hands into the river, from the water, I can see myself. I seems heard <Reflection>.
Look at me /You may think you see who I really am /But you'll never know me /Ev'ry day /It's as if I play a part /Now I see /If I wear a mask I can fool the world /But I can not fool my heart /Who is that girl I see /Staring straight back at me /When will my reflection show /Who I am inside /I am now /In a world where I have to hide my heart /And what I believe in /But somehow /I will show the world What's inside my heart /And be loved for who I am
But…but…but, if you want to go kayak in summer, please make sure you bring sun screen, or you would like me, get seriously sun burnt!!
June 26th
I really like this beautiful places…….except the insects.
Because of the super natural environment, there are many kinds of insects. There are flies, moths, and bees… And tonight in our room we found a baby bat! It is so weak that it falls down, and continues flying, and falls down. One girl tells another girl, and the girls in other rooms just come in our room. We try to take it out of the room, but also be afraid of it. Finally we catch it can throw it away, together with our trash bin. Of course, Emily and Minh go down stairs to pick up it.
If you think it is the end of the story, then you are wrong, because we find another baby bat in the hall way!
This time our heroine Doctor Clark comes and catches it successfully. She said that the bat is so small.
Maybe one day I would be as brave as Doctor Clark, catching a bat (probably other insects), and said: “Hey girls, it is just a piece of cake!”
